Base Foundation
In reality, coaches and instructors give hints and directive consequently individual effort counts more. As much as athletes want to pursue and elevate their masculine / feminine being, there is always a cutting edge. Right training the right time and executing the workout with diligence and caution. This is thing line defining the world’s best athlete and the mediocre runners. In order to leap the benefit of training, laying a strong foundation is essential. Athletes build their base foundation by basic endurances, strength and the personal motor reaction. Depending on the respective events, time and the work load varies. For example – running a marathon requires superhuman endurance and strength, compared to a 1500m event on a track. In adverse, 1500m athlete will do killer workouts with thrusting speeds to achieve the high level of speed required. However both athletes MUST built their bases of endurances and speeds.
Endurance
Out door training of different terrains produces the best athlete. The secret behind this is the body has to fight both gravitation force while going up and down hilly courses and the rough environments. Building outdoor based endurance offers a guaranteed long term injury free season. The good news is that every work load done is registered both by body and the brain for at least six months. These mileages accumulate and the body remembers the pain and the joy of both, however the bad story is breaking interrupts the body looses its base endurance.
